Job Summary
You will lead and coordinate daily spa operations to ensure seamless service delivery, staff development, and customer satisfaction. You will manage resources, monitor team performance, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and equipment functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily spa activities including roll call and staff scheduling to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct in-house training for new staff and deliver bi-monthly spa service refresher sessions to maintain service quality
- Perform supplies stock take and proactively report low inventory levels to maintain uninterrupted spa operations
- Monitor staff attendance and movements, including check-in/check-out timings and rotation of lunch and dinner breaks, to optimize workforce management
- Calculate and reconcile spare cash to ensure financial accuracy and safeguard assets
- Verify spa service payment transactions to maintain billing accuracy and prevent discrepancies
- Supervise cleaning routines before opening and at closing, and maintain cleanliness throughout the day to uphold hygiene standards
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to enhance client satisfaction and service recovery
- Inspect and ensure spa equipment usability and safety to support uninterrupted service delivery
