SPA THERAPIST

The SPA THERAPIST is a key member of the team and is responsible for leading and supervising a team of spa therapists to ensure our customers and leisure members are consistently treated to an impeccable customer service experience that the operations run smoothly, efficiently and profitably that all beauty treatments are administered in a professional, friendly and person-centred manner.

She needs to do professional massage and body treatments to our guests.

She must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, posses a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings.

She must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
