About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-energy nightclub and karaoke entertainment venue in Singapore. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, operationally strong, and passionate about hospitality, nightlife, guest experience, and team leadership.
You will oversee all aspects of venue operations including front-of-house management, staffing, sales performance, VIP guest relations, compliance, entertainment programming, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, safety, and venue presentation
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and operational reporting
- Handle operational issues, customer feedback, and incident resolution professionally
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service staff, supervisors, cashiers, hosts, DJs, and operations personnel
- Lead by example on the floor during peak operating hours
- Build relationships with VIP customers, corporate clients, and entertainment partners
- Monitor sales targets, labour costs, beverage costs, and profitability metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement
- Monitor stock control, wastage, and cost management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in nightlife, nightclub, KTV, bar, hospitality, or entertainment operations
- Proven experience managing high-volume nightlife venues
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
