Job Description

Studio Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure the studio delivers operating excellence.
  • To upkeep team with knowledge of studio programs, products & services, promotions, and SOPs.
  • Ensure upkeep of front-of-house and bar inventory stock, purchasing and ordering of products, and assessing business operations when inventory drops to a specified level.
  • Deliver quality responses to customer enquiries via our email helpdesk.

Member Experience:

  • Implements programs and initiatives to engage current and new members and continuously improve their member experience.
  • Solicits member feedback and identifies improvement goals to meet member needs, resolve problems, and generate new ideas for programs and services to maintain member satisfaction.

People Management:

  • Serve as the day-to-day leader for all supervisors and front-of-house crew, leading by example and in alignment with our mission, vision, and values, and accountable for their overall performance.
  • Manage and coordinate vendor relationships including sourcing and shortlisting vendors.
  • Manage staff welfare and morale and uphold internal culture.

Training and Development:

  • Review staff and business to ensure top operations and service standards are met.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and follow-through to drive morale, engagement, confidence, and high energy of the front desk team.
