Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to maintain dish quality and consistency while collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute dishes following recipes and guidelines to achieve high-quality standards
  • Taking charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is not in
  • Oversee a designated kitchen section to ensure operational efficiency and consistent food quality
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and maintain kitchen efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure adequate supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support smooth kitchen operations
  • Apply good knife skills in food preparation, with butchery experience considered an advantage
  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrate integrity and a strong willingness to learn and contribute to team growth
