Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and adherence to menu & diet requirements.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and proper food storage to control costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure food safety compliance, staff training, and accurate execution of special diets.
• Lead and schedule kitchen staff, conduct briefings, and maintain smooth workflow.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and operational KPIs using kitchen management systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years in high-volume kitchen operations
• Strong leadership, multi-cuisine expertise, and good communication skills
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
