As a Solutions Engineer supporting the Singapore Public Sector, you will partner with Sales Executives to support the entire customer journeyfrom pipeline creation and technical wins to onboarding, adoption, and renewals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to government agencies and statutory boards, guiding them on cloud adoption, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, automation, and compliance within national digital transformation priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to public sector stakeholders and align solutions with their digital transformation strategies.
- Design and deliver secure, compliant, and scalable modernization solutions, ensuring alignment with local regulations (government frameworks)
- Drive technical engagement through presentations, demos, workshops, and value realization journeys.
- Demonstrate business value of solutions and contribute to customer success via QBRs, office hours, and roadmap sessions.
- Promote adoption and expansion across product lines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Services, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain strong technical expertise across DevOps, IT operations, cloud, and security domains.
- Stay current with portfolio tools, partner ecosystems, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or practitioner roles.
- Strong technical expertise in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, and containers.
- Proven experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to travel as needed (domestic and occasional international).
- Knowledge of modern infrastructure and DevOps concepts; certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
