Responsibilities:
- Deliver presales technical support for cybersecurity solutions to customers and channel partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and position solutions for go-to-market strategies, proposals, and customer engagements.
- Analyze and understand customer IT and cybersecurity environments, including technical and business requirements.
- Drive solution-based cybersecurity selling by aligning technology capabilities with customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations to customers and partners.
- Lead and support proof-of-concept (POC) activities for cybersecurity and network performance solutions.
- Work with vendors to develop solution proposals and participate in RFI/RFP responses, including technical design, compliance checks, and clarifications.
- Develop solution design guidelines and recommend improvements based on assigned cybersecurity technologies.
- Perform internal lab testing to validate POC setups, endpoint/network architectures, and deployment scenarios using new product features.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Conduct technical enablement and training sessions for partners and internal post-sales engineers.
- Provide regular product and technology updates to internal sales teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of pre-sales experience in cybersecurity or network solutions candidates with delivery/implementation experience transitioning to pre-sales are welcome
- Strong technical knowledge of IT and network infrastructure, security architectures, Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud security, firewalls, IPS/IDS, SDN, VMware, UNIX/Windows environments, and network performance tools
- Ability to design solution architectures, create technical proposals, and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements
- Experience with cybersecurity presales in endpoint security, DLP, NDR, SIEM, network/email security, or related solutions (e.g., Tanium, Trellix, Check Point, Arista, Trend Micro) is advantageous.
- Industry or technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, or CEH are a plus
