Experience: 12+ Years
12 to 18 years of IT experience
Minimum 8+ years managing enterprise Java delivery programs
Minimum 5+ years in Banking / Financial Services
Experience managing multi-vendor and distributed teams (Onsite & Offshore)
Must have Java 17/21,Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, Solace OpenShift / Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD Pipeline Governance, Kafka
Domain Driven Design, Cloud Native Architecture, High Availability Design, Performance Engineering, Security Architecture
- Experience in Digital Banking, Trade Finance, Core Banking
- Review solution architecture and design.
- Drive engineering excellence and coding standards.
- Ensure security, performance, resiliency, and compliance requirements are met.
- Lead production readiness reviews.
- Engage with CIO, CTO, Business Heads, Product Owners, and Operations teams.
- Conduct executive steering committee reviews.
- Manage vendor and partner deliveries.
- Agile/Scrum execution governance.
- Dependency management across multiple squads.
- Resource planning and utilization management.
- Financial tracking and reporting.
