As a Solution Architect in the digital team, you will help clients to manage the demands of fast-moving business environments. We expect you to have a strong interest in technology and ability to drive innovation with creative solutions. You should have a broad expertise and proven experience in various areas such as web, mobile, Cloud, emerging technologies and services.
Key Responsibilities::
- Translate business goals into Gen AI / Agentic AI enabled architectures (RAG, agents, etc).
- Own end-to-end solution design across application, data, integration, security, and observability.
- Participate in new client facing opportunities, provide technical leadership and lead the team in implementations.
- Lead hands-on new solutions and POCs that de-risk decisions and graduate to MVPs; guide engineering through build and run.
- Establish LLMOps: evaluation, tracing/observability, guardrails/safety, and prompt/version management with clear SLOs and quality metrics.
- Architect data flows (batch/stream) and vector search; define APIs/events and tool/agent contracts.
- Make platform/model choices (managed vs OSS, serving strategies) with cost/performance trade-offs.
- Embed security & privacy by design: Zero-Trust, IAM/OIDC, secrets/KMS, data minimization, compliance controls.
- Plan delivery and backlogs; coordinate multi-disciplinary squads; run design/code reviews and technical governance.
- Engage stakeholders with discovery, roadmaps, estimates; communicate risks, benefits, and ROI in plain language.
- Coach teams; codify reusable patterns, templates, and reference implementations.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 12+ years of enterprise application or data platform architecture experience, including 2 years of designing production grade Gen AI systems.
- Strong exposure to data science and machine learning.
- Proven architecture leadership across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/Kubernetes or serverless, and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Mandatory hands-on multiple cloud experience of at 3 years in each of the AWS, GCP & Azure environments, with at least one year hands-on experience with Gen AI, Agentic AI technologies.
- Hands-on with at least one agent/RAG stack: LangChain/LangGraph, DSPy, OpenAI/Anthropic tool use, Databricks Agents or equivalent.
- Practical LLMOps: evaluation (LLM judges, task metrics), tracing/observability (MLflow/OpenTelemetry), prompt/version registries, CI/CD for AI.
