ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM / CSM / SPM) Enterprise Architecture
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong enterprise architecture capabilities to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules.
This role requires deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, strong business and technical understanding, and the ability to architect integrations across enterprise systems. Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) and Microsoft Azure integrations will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technical documentation.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for delivery teams.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance frameworks, and architectural standards.
Implementation & Platform Strategy
- Oversee end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, including configuration, customization, integration, and testing.
- Implement Agile delivery using ServiceNow Sprints.
- Leverage ServiceNow automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure seamless data flow and process automation across enterprise systems.
Integration & Automation
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Utilize Integration Hub, Automation Engine, and RPA Hub to orchestrate workflows with COTS and other business systems.
- Architect solutions integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Azure services.
Governance, Security & Platform Optimization
- Establish governance standards, policies, and best practices for ServiceNow platform usage.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and security policies.
- Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and drive continuous platform optimization.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define solution scope and architecture.
- Mentor junior architects, developers, and administrators.
- Conduct training sessions and architecture workshops to enhance team capability.
- Develop user personas and UX strategies to improve platform adoption.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
- 47 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
- For senior roles, 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow implementations in large enterprise environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Agile ServiceNow Sprints.
- Minimum 5 successful ServiceNow implementations.
