About the Role

Emerson is seeking a Solution Engineer (Digital PRV) to join our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) Monitoring Solutions team. This role sits at the intersection of digital innovation, customer engagement, and business growth.

You will work closely with sales and technical teams to identify opportunities, engage customers, and deliver advanced monitoring solutions that solve real operational challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives while building strong customer relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new PRV monitoring opportunities.
  • Partner with country sales teams to expand customer reach.
  • Understand customer challenges and craft compelling value propositions.

Solution Execution

  • Conduct product demonstrations and support installations.
  • Lead projects from opportunity stage through delivery and commissioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution.

Market & Sales Enablement

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Support sales teams with product training and strategy execution.
  • Track regional opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process control and instrumentation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of measurement instrumentation and valve products.
  • Experience with Pressure Relief Valves (PRV) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
