Solution Architect

Role Summary

The Solution Architect owns the end-to-end architecture of the AI Platform, provides technical leadership, establishes architectural guardrails, and ensures the solution is secure, scalable, modular and aligned with MinLaw standards.

The Solution Architect shall demonstrate proficiency in:

a) agentic AI and document-processing architecture using approved Government AI services, including Platform.AI and, where applicable, Amazon Bedrock

b) cloud-native architecture on AWS GCC

c) secure API and enterprise integration architecture

d) integration development with OutSystems experience

e) systems handling legally sensitive and personal data and

f) translating legal and operational requirements into traceable, auditable solution designs.

Responsibilities

. Responsible for the end-to-end solution architecture, including the design of the agentic AI architecture, and ensures the detailed design and development is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture of MinLaw

. Translate business requirements, including application resiliency requirements, into application architectural specifications

. Propose products and solutions based on MinLaw's Enterprise Architecture and standards

. Design the architecture blueprint of the organisation's business, information and ICT assets, by using multiple architectural models

. Use, govern and enhance the architecture blueprint to ensure that the business and ICT are in alignment and

. Review source codes and solutions as part of the software development lifecycle process.

Required Experience & Skills

Mandatory

. Track record in architecture design and technical leadership particularly in system architecture ownership, documentation, Architecture Review Board (ARB) clearance.

. Track record in agentic AI system design with multi-agent pipeline, Bedrock AgentCore, orchestration and MCP Server, RAG knowledge base, HITL architecture.

. Demonstrate experience in cloud-native architecture on AWS GCC for infrastructure and security - VPC, IAM, WOG AD FS, IM8/GCC compliance

. Expert in OutSystems to lead on STREAM integration.

. Provide delivery oversight and governance by conducting solution architecture review, tech review, sprint review, ARB submissions (non-exhaustive).

. development of systems handling legally sensitive and personal data.

. in-depth understanding of legal operations and domain.

. Must possess excellent data modelling and SQL skills.

. Solid understanding of server-side .Net and/or Java development, Service Oriented Architectures, web services and public web sites / eservices development.

. Solid technical skills and the ability to leverage them to determine the best solution to a technical problem.

. Ability to analyse and identify comprehensive solutions considering all functional implications while developing a workable solution.

. Results and customer-oriented mindset.

. Strong organisation and people handling skills.

. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to pitch engage stakeholders effectively.

. Worked in legal regulatory domain to engage credibly with stakeholders.

. Experience working on case management, compliance or enforcement systems in a regulatory context.

. Prior experience architecting on OutSystems Platform and/or experience architecting applications designed to operate as part of a larger shared platform.
