Job Role:- Solution Architect (ServiceNow) – Scrum Master

Job Location:- Singapore

Experience:- 8-10+ Years

Role Overview:-

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong Scrum Master/Agile Delivery experience to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, integration, transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, integrations, workflows, and migrations.
Lead ServiceNow CSM, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist and AI/Agentic AI initiatives.
Drive migration from legacy platforms to ServiceNow.
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, backlog management, delivery tracking, and team coaching.
Provide enterprise architecture guidance and ensure technical standards and best practices.
Manage vendor solutions, architecture reviews, upgrades, quality assurance, and technical validation.
Integrate ServiceNow with ERP, HCM, procurement, SaaS and cloud platforms.
Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process optimisation.

Skills & Requirements:-

8–10+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture.
3+ years ServiceNow, preferably CSM.
3+ years Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience.
Strong ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customisation and integration.
Experience with Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist/AI.
Strong Agile/Scrum, stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Experience in legacy migration, enterprise integration and digital transformation.
Knowledge of ITSM, cloud, APIs and enterprise SaaS/ERP platforms.
AI/ML or GenAI experience is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
