We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large, complex technology solutions across the Public Sector domain.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients and internal teams to turn business challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping proposals, guiding technical teams, and ensuring solutions are aligned with long-term business and transformation goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end solution design for complex, multi-technology deals (including RFI/RFP engagements)
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to define solution strategies aligned to business goals
- Translate business requirements into clear, practical technology solutions
- Identify gaps in existing systems and processes, and recommend improvements
- Support proposal development, solution sizing, and estimation models
- Present solutions confidently to senior stakeholders, including CXO-level audiences
- Ensure consistency, quality, and feasibility across the full solution lifecycle
What we're looking for:
- 15+ years of experience in IT services, solution architecture, or enterprise delivery
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, business-critical systems
- Hands-on exposure to multiple areas such application development, application support, SaaS platforms, data platforms, government stacks.
- Strong understanding of Singapore public sector (GovTech ecosystem) and/or banking environments
- Familiar with modern architectures and technologies such as Microservices, Cloud platforms, Java / .net ecosystems, Enterprise systems
- Experience working in large consulting or professional services environments
