Job Description

Job description:

  1. Provides technical leadership and governance to the project.
  2. Define the technical resource pool and assigning Roles and responsibilities, assessing knowledge and expertise as the technical resources conduct their activities.
  3. Work with the Enterprise architecture to understand the architecture capability desired by the organization and established the detailed process and resources for delivering the architectural principles.
  4. Governs architecture change requests and does assess the category of the request (Simplify, Increment, Re-Architect), creating a governance log for the project team to review across the enterprise.
  5. Expertise in Software designing and architecting. Able to define functionality and asses best language to build for custom solutions.
  6. Experience in handling public cloud architecture such as GCP or Azure or AWS.
  7. Understand concepts of Cybersecurity and able to implement security solution in Application, network, and Operating Systems. Should have experience on about PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST, SOC2-type2 standards & process.
  8. Responsible for technical quality assurance, architecture Repository and reference libraries.
  9. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all technical subject matter experts (Avaya and Customer) under scope.
  10. Contribute to all architecture Domain discussions within the enterprise covering business & technical descriptions.
  11. Maintain a close working relationship with customer's Technical Lead and program stakeholders.
  12. Conduct workshop with customer to Come up with Dial plan, Workbook, Technical and Functional Design document.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years experience in voice and contact center technologies
  2. Expert in Avaya Aura Components such as Communication Manager, Application Enablement Services, System Manager, Session Manager, Messaging, SAL, AADS and Integration with Aura / Third party Components. Expert in architecting Avaya Contact Center Solution such as Voice, , Chat. Messaging, Agent Assist, Google Dialog flow, Analytics, WEM etc
  3. Expert in Networking such as Subnetting, data switch Concepts such as VLAN etc
  4. Expert in Bandwidth Calculation for Voice, Signaling, data, vMware working principle Concepts such as KVM, Hyper-V, vCenter, ESXI, vMotion, DRS etc.
  5. Knowledge on working principle of Generative AI & AI Agent.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
