The candidate is responsible for providing functional guidance and expert advice to our clients on the configuration of TEMENOS Products and customized developments throughout all stages of projects from initiation to post-live support.
A strategic role combining deep wealth management expertise with Temenos portfolio management solutions (TAP) to drive client success in wealth management transformation initiatives.
This position serves as the primary subject matter expert bridging business requirements with implementation for WealthSuite products. The role demands extensive expertise in investment management, portfolio construction, risk analytics, and regulatory compliance, combined with deep knowledge of Temenos WealthSuite integrated solutions.
The Principal Business Consultant will drive the end-to-end consultation process, ensuring optimal utilization of Temenos wealth management capabilities. This includes designing sophisticated investment strategies, implementing automated portfolio rebalancing rules, configuring risk management frameworks, and establishing performance measurement methodologies aligned with industry best practices.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Recognized as a thought leader and subject matter expert on Functional domain and Temenos solutions. Works independently and in a collaborative nature.
- Analyse client business requirements and map them to product capability.
- Conducted workshops and demonstrated the product capabilities to meet specific project needs. Hands-on experience and ability to demonstrate TAP capability and perform POC.
- Writing specifications (BRD's and FSD), when needed, for local development and ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of these specifications.
- Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g.: Workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
- Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions.
- Prepare and perform the configuration of TEMENOS products through the definition of static and semi-static data.
- Possess the capability to drive the solution and share the best practices with previous implementation experience.
- Manage the communications with all stakeholders and be a single point of contact for the end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy, Expert Services, and with significant exposure to Portfolio/Wealth/Investment Management Systems.
- Should have experience in Temenos Wealth Suite projects with specialization in the Private Banking domain.
- Show in-depth knowledge of Portfolio Management functions, Investment Advisory functions and modules like Valuation, Performance Measurement, Attribution, Order Management, Rebalancing, and Check Strategy
- Should have hands-on experience in configuring TAP covering the above modules.
- Should be well-versed in TAP Formats, screens, and scripting.
- Should be able to understand the impact end-to-end from a WealthSuite perspective.
Mandatory Skillset:
End to End client implementation experience of Triple A Plus in banking environment is a mandatory requirement for this role.
