SOLAR PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and install solar energy systems.
• Plan and manage onsite installation teams.
• The main point of contact between the company and the client during construction.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and adapt as needed.
• Oversee and support implementation on site.
• Manage full project timeline from start to handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and reduce safety risks.
• Review quality and ensure smooth project handover/System Turn-On.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in solar project management.
• Experience in solar project execution is a plus.
• Knowledge of PVsyst, AutoCAD, and construction software.
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently.
• Team player, customer-focused, and passionate about renewables.
• Singaporeans or PRs only.
