Software Project & Installation Coordinator

• Up to S$3,000 basic + bonus (1-2 years exp)
• 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate software development project activities, resources, and timelines
• Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from project meetings
• Break down software projects into manageable tasks and set clear deadlines
• Assign tasks to internal development teams and track progress
• Address issues as they arise, ensuring smooth project execution
• Serve as the main point of contact, communicating project status and updates to all stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT and software management
• Knowledge of software development processes is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
