We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and support automation and AI-driven solutions across Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Large Language Models (LLMs), and central digital platforms.
This role involves working on end-to-end workflow automation initiatives to modernise processes, improve service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency through the integration of automation and AI technologies.
Develop and enhance automation workflows using tools such as UiPath and Power Automate
Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation components
Implement structured exception handling, logging, and monitoring
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into automated solutions
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into workflows for use cases such as document processing, summarisation, and classification
Develop AI-enabled automation solutions to improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with organisational standards on data protection, governance, and security
Configure and integrate digital platforms and tools into business workflows
Support end-to-end system integration across automation, AI, and enterprise platforms
Work with cross-functional teams to support user journey design and service improvements
Translate requirements into intuitive dashboards, portals, and reporting interfaces
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed solutions
Troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability
Maintain technical documentation and support system lifecycle activities
Experience in RPA tools such as UiPath and/or Power Automate
Familiarity with API integrations and system workflows
Basic understanding of AI/LLMs and prompt design concepts
Knowledge of software development or automation lifecycle practices
At least 2 years of relevant experience in software engineering or automation development
Experience in delivering automation solutions in a professional environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
Relevant certifications in UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform
Experience working with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
Exposure to secure or regulated environments
Familiarity with containerisation or modern deployment practices
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months, renewable)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
