Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Review existing processes and identify areas for automation and process improvement.
• Partner closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Build automated workflows, forms, and integrations to simplify business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform comprehensive testing of applications to ensure they satisfy both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain complete documentation for all developed applications, including but not limited to:
o Solution Design Document
o Configuration & Environment Details
o Security & Compliance Documentation
o Deployment Guide
o Maintenance & Support Guide
o User Guide
o Training Material
o Testing & Validation Report
• Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality applications that address business needs.
• Ensure solutions comply with ICT security and data governance requirements.
• Oversee and support deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement ongoing enhancements.
Experience and Skill(s) Needed
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in application development, with strong emphasis on low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience in configuring and administering low-code platforms, including managing workflows, rules engines, process logic, data validation, and UI components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Desirable Skill(s)
• Relevant certifications in low-code/no-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Git and experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as databases like SQL and NoSQL, and API integrations with enterprise systems.
