Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy comprehensive end-to-end (chat and web) experiences to enhance product understanding, leveraging our product knowledge repository and catalog.
- Design and expand the architecture of our product knowledge repository to support scalability and efficiency.
- Design and expand the architecture of our product catalog to accommodate growth and complexity.
- Create intelligent agents capable of utilizing resources and tools to deliver expert-level insights into Grab's product catalog, including rollout status and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools and building intelligent agents.
- Proficient in coding with Python, Go, and React.
- Familiarity with machine learning ecosystems, including platforms, libraries, and frameworks, is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
