Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that support large-scale application deployment, data processing, and AI/ML workloads.
Optimize platform performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to evaluate technologies and recommend infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Build and maintain automation capabilities to streamline infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational processes.
Develop and implement observability and monitoring solutions to provide visibility into system health, availability, and performance.
Design and enforce operational controls, governance standards, and best practices for platform management and infrastructure operations.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve platform stability and user experience.
Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, data engineering, or a related technology role.
Strong experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data integration methodologies.
Experience designing, deploying, and supporting production-grade technology platforms and infrastructure.
Knowledge of software development practices, system design principles, and operational excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in cloud computing platforms.
Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools and frameworks.
Strong understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Familiarity with container orchestration technologies and cloud-native platforms.
Exposure to AI/ML platform operations, model deployment, or large-scale distributed computing environments.
