Provide technical leadership in the customization, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow products.
Review customer's architecture, design processes and system integrations to the platform
Lead the design and development of complex solutions and integrations aligned with business needs and industry best practices between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms (i.e. Salesforce, etc), including CRM, ERP, Telephony, and other IT systems creating innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow's CRM Solutions
Design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
Integrate SPM with tools like JIRA, MS Project, SAP, and other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, APM, CMDB).
Automate workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Enable strategic alignment through OKRs, KPIs, and investment planning.
Requirement:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 8 years of experience incustomer-facing software, hardware, or systems architecture implementation ordelivery roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant &/orsoftware developer ideally in professional services or consulting capacity.
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult(providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing thoughtleadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems.
At least 3 or more years of CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or FSM (Field Services Management) experience supporting development and management of IT services relative to similar roles. Demonstrated capabilities with ITSM, ITIL and SAFe Agile factory models. Demonstrated success in large scale capability development and deployment.
Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and development best practices.
Scripting Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, CSS, and XML.
ServiceNow APIs & Tools: Expertise with Glide Record API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Certifications (must have): ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Certifications (good to have): ITIL Foundation, ITSM Foundation
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
