Responsibilities

. Carry out comprehensive client assessments and provide follow-up on decisions and recommendations.

. Participate in and support research projects.

. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management, support programmes and activities provided to clients.

. Prepare and submit accurate reports promptly for operational needs, case reviews and discussions.
