Role Overview
This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in developing a career in administrative operations and human resource functions. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Functions
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including document processing and record keeping
- Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and communications
- Prepare reports, letters, and documentation for management
- Maintain and update student and client records
HR & Operations Support
- Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication)
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Liaise with freelance tutors for scheduling and administrative matters
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Language Requirement
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, staff, and external stakeholders who may not be proficient in English
