Job Description

Role Overview

This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in developing a career in administrative operations and human resource functions. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Functions

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including document processing and record keeping
  • Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and communications
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documentation for management
  • Maintain and update student and client records

HR & Operations Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication)
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Liaise with freelance tutors for scheduling and administrative matters

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Language Requirement

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, staff, and external stakeholders who may not be proficient in English
