But the only way we get into those rooms is because someone walked in, introduced themselves, asked the right questions, and earned that right.

You are how we grow. Every client you build a relationship with is a new branch of this business. Every deal you close is proof that the model works.Every conversation you have -good, bad, or uncomfortable - makes you better and makes us stronger.

We are not overstating this.This role is the business.

What This Looks Like Day-to-Day

. You visit offices across Singapore and meet with business owners and managing directors face-to-face

. You ask the kind of questions most people are too polite to ask - and you listen hard to the answers

. You figure out what's not working in their business and you present a solution that actually fits

. You follow up. You come back. You build something that lasts, not just a one-off transaction.

. You travel to regional markets -Hong Kong, Korea ,Thailand - 3+ times a year, fully covered

What You Get Back

. $2,500-$4,500/month: Performance-based.Hit your targets, earn more. Your numbers drive your income - nobody's gatekeeping it.

. 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, always. We decided early on that burned-out people don't build client trust. Your weekends are yours, without exception.

. Fast progression: 12-18months of solid performance and you're training the next person we bring in.The track is real, not a maybe.

. Regional travel: 3+trips a year to real business markets across Asia. You'll understand how deals are made in different rooms, different cultures, different contexts. That stays with you.
