About The Team

The Social Media & Content team is responsible for managing Shopee owned platforms and creating content that drives reach, engagement, and in-app traffic. We leverage social content to drive awareness for campaigns and platform initiatives, while optimising performance through data-driven insights.

Job Description

• Conceptualise and produce engaging and branded social content
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate, develop and execute video content for campaigns and branding videos
• Execute all assigned production tasks, including producing, video editing, and other production-related duties
• Expand engaging content across our platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other Social media platforms)
• Assist with streamlining social media accounts to ensure uniform content and tone of voice
• Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics
• Perform community building proactively by monitoring and replying to followers
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in Communications/ Marketing or related field
• Funny and creative individual who loves social media and the Internet
• Exemplary organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Creative, curious, and analytical
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in marketing, communications, social media and reputation management
• Fast learner and hands-on executor with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of creative softwares such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop & Canva are a bonus
