Founded in 2019, FY Ads is a Singapore-registered digital marketing agency and a PSG pre-approved vendor for XiaoHongShu (RedNote) marketing services.
We specialise in content-driven, localized and cross-border marketing across Singapore and Asia, serving brands in hospitality, F&B, education, retail, healthcare, jewelry and lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form social media videos
- Handle end-to-end video production independently
- Manage and curate content for multiple XiaoHongShu (RedNote) accounts
- Produce content aligned with brand strategy and platform trends
- Stay updated with social media trends to ensure content relevance
- Manage production timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Plan and execute photography shoots, including editing
- Execute basic photography shoots and editing
- Support pre-production tasks such as props and equipment preparation
- Track content performance and contribute improvement insights
Requirements
- Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred
- Minimum 1 years of video shooting and editing experience with portfolio
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills and good visual sense
- Proficient in camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
or tools such as CapCut and Canva
- Basic design skills for thumbnails, posters, and marketing visuals
- Copywriting ability for social media content
- Knowledge of color grading and motion graphics is a plus
- Comfortable working flexible hours during production days
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Responsible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Nice to Have
- Experience in multiple content styles (review, storytelling, lifestyle, UGC)
- Experience managing personal or brand social media accounts
