What You'll Actually Do:

• Plan and execute video shoots for social media, ads, and brand campaigns
• Handle camera operation, lighting setup, and basic audio recording
• Work closely with brand managers to bring campaign ideas to life
• Direct talents when needed (while keeping shoots efficient and clean)
• Ensure footage aligns with performance-driven content strategies
• Collaborate with editors to ensure strong final outputs
• Continuously improve production quality and creative execution

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Familiar with SONY Alpha camera systems
• Familiar with Lightning setups
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut
• Strong sense of what works for social media — framing, pacing, and storytelling
• Self-directed learner who takes initiative
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Meticulous, hands-on, and execution-focused
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
