Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Singapore.
The creator will help manage TLK Events social media platforms while producing fun, trendy short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
This role is mostly remote, with occasional on-site filming at events to capture food highlights, crowd energy, and overall event vibes beyond generic pasar malam content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily social media activities across TikTok and Instagram
- Create engaging Reels and TikTok videos aligned with our brand identity
- Stay updated on trends and develop fresh, creative video ideas
- Write simple scripts and plan content independently
- Film on-site at Pasar Malams, bazaars, and food fairs when needed
- Edit and deliver ready-to-post short-form videos
- Engage with online audiences and help grow brand presence
- Provide voiceovers and appear on camera when required
Qualifications
- Strong skills in social media content creation and short-form video trends
- Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging audiences
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with deadlines
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc. is a plus
- Interest in events, festivals, and the food fair industry is a bonus
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking is an advantage
