The Role: Marketing Intern (Content & Short-Form Video)
Your main focus:
- Create Instagram carousels that educate and tell stories
- Edit short-form videos (Reels) with strong hooks
- Turn raw thoughts, voice notes, and talking-head videos into content people finish watching
- Repurpose content across Instagram and LinkedIn
This role is hands-on.
Your work will be published. Tested. Improved.
You'll enjoy this role if:
- You're comfortable with Canva
- You understand that the first 3 seconds matter
- You care more about clarity and flow than making things pretty
- You're proactive and don't wait to be spoon-fed instructions
- Experience with CapCut / Premiere Pro
- Interest in personal branding, creators, or social media growth

Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled university student
- Basic understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form content
- Able to follow brand guidelines and feedback
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
Job Hours & Work Arrangement
- 1020 hours per week
- Hybrid role
- Offsite shoots required occasionally
- Editing work can be done remotely
Compensation
- Monthly stipend
- Based on agreed content output (To be discussed)
- Reviewed monthly based on performance and consistency
