About the Job:

You will be the voice and visual storyteller of Notewise across the world's most dynamic social platforms. You will contribute to the content creation process, driving how our app is perceived by millions of users. If you live on TikTok, speak fluent Instagram, and know how to turn a feature update into a viral video, this is for you.

You'll work directly with the marketing team to:

  • Produce engaging video content that showcases the power of digital note-taking.
  • Produce engaging reels and posts showcasing new features and competitive advantages
  • Build a community-led presence across diverse platforms.
  • Experiment with new formats and trends to drive app downloads and brand awareness.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation (Video & Social)

  • Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create in-depth, educational, or stylistic long-form videos for YouTube, specifically tailored for app-based services.
  • Showcase the versatility of Notewise through creative Study with Me, Journaling Spreads, and feature highlight videos.

Community Assets & Engagement

  • Design and produce static and motion assets for community-heavy platforms like Discord and Reddit.
  • Engage with our user base by creating content that answers questions, inspires creativity, and fosters a sense of community.

Strategy, Trends & Analysis

  • Actively contribute new ideas to drive brand awareness and reach.
  • Monitor the latest social media and productivity industry trends and monetize them quickly by adapting our content strategy.
  • Analyse social media performance to understand high performing assets.

Who You Are:

  • You are a Note-Taking Enthusiast: You have genuine experience with iPad note-taking or digital journaling. You understand what makes a digital planner or notebook aesthetic and functional.
  • You are a Storyteller: You have strong video creation abilities and know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds.
  • You are Agile: You have the ability to meet tight timelines and thrive in a fast-paced environment where trends change daily.
  • You are a Self-Starter: You take ownership of your work and pitch ideas that you believe will win.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in content creation, specifically across TikTok and Instagram (Personal creator accounts with good engagement count!).
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) with a portfolio/links to past video work.
  • Familiarity with creating content for mobile apps or SaaS products.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with motion graphics or simple animation.
  • A strong personal following on social media or experience running a brand account.
  • Knowledge of SEO for YouTube.

Education:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
