As we continue to expand our social media presence, we are looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Intern to help maximize the impact of our video content across our social media channels.
What You'll Do
- Edit video content for use across social platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Add video captions and subtitles, music and sound effects, audio enhancements, and platform-specific optimizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and engaging storytelling.
- Adapt content into different formats (e.g. short-form, long-form, portrait, landscape) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track video performance metrics and suggest improvements for future content.
- Stay up to date with social media video trends, formats, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field.
- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with adding captions, subtitles, and basic sound editing (e.g. Adobe Audition).
- Creative eye for storytelling and attention to detail.
- Understanding of specific social media platform trends and how video content is optimized for each platform.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
