We are a licensed maid agency in Singapore dedicated to matching families with reliable helpers. To strengthen our online presence, we are looking for a creative and results-driven freelance Social Media Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok preferred).
- Create engaging posts (graphics, captions, short videos) that promote agency services, highlight available helpers, and educate employers.
- Run paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) to generate enquiries and leads.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing (portfolio of past work preferred).
- Skilled in Canva/Photoshop or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager.
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
- Prior experience with service-based businesses (e.g. agencies, F&B, recruitment) is a plus.
