Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned to each client's goals and brand identity, ensuring every content piece has a clear purpose (awareness, trust-building, conversion)
- Build monthly content calendars that are platform-native and performance-led, turning business objectives into content pillars, series ideas, and recurring formats
- Own day-to-day account management for assigned clients, including keeping timelines on track, managing feedback cycles, and ensuring content is delivered with consistency and quality
- Support client success through proactive communication, updates, and recommendations to improve performance and strengthen brand positioning
- Lead the coordination and execution of social campaigns, including UGC and influencer collaborations, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and campaign intent are clear
- Assist with shoot planning and execution when needed, including on-site coordination, filming support, and ensuring required shots and assets are captured for content needs
- Maintain brand consistency across voice, messaging, visuals, and storytelling across all platforms
- Monitor social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, sharing insights and turning them into actionable content opportunities
- Track content performance and report key learnings, applying insights to optimise future content through testing hooks, formats, and storytelling angles
Key Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or creative marketing (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and short-form video formats — especially TikTok and Reels
- Familiar with campaign execution workflows, including UGC and influencer collaborations
- Comfortable using social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and basic analytics dashboards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for storytelling, hooks, and social-first copywriting
- Skills in Capcut, Adobe Softwares, Canva is a plus
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback and continuously improving
