Retail Sales & Social Media Executive

OCEANOVA is a Singapore lifestyle brand located at The Centrepoint, Orchard Road. We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales & Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales & Store Operations

. Provide friendly and professional customer service

. Recommend suitable products and assist customers with purchases

. Achieve individual and store sales targets

. Handle cashiering and POS transactions

. Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation

. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory and daily store operations

Social Media & Content Creation

. Create photos and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RED)

. Film and edit Reels/TikTok-style content using a smartphone

. Support regular social media posting and account management

. Follow social media trends and propose creative content ideas

. Assist with promotions, product launches and KOL/influencer collaborations

. Engage with followers and help grow our online community

Requirements:

. Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, retail and social media

. Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers

. Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content

. Able to take good photos and videos using a smartphone

. Basic CapCut or other video editing skills

. Familiar with Instagram and TikTok

. Xiaohongshu (RED) experience is an advantage

. Good spoken and written English

. Mandarin is an advantage

. Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

. Retail, sales or social media experience preferred

. Fresh graduates with strong social media skills are welcome to apply
