What You Will Do

  • Own the weekly social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels that fit tanatasa's audience.
  • Plan and create short-form videos, product explainers, carousels, stories, captions, hooks, and campaign posts for beauty, skincare, wellness, baby care, and personal care products.
  • Turn product details, customer questions, promotions, and Glow editorial topics into clear, trustworthy content that feels useful rather than noisy.
  • Shoot and edit simple product content, unboxings, texture shots, routine demos, before-and-after style explainers, and behind-the-scenes operational moments.
  • Coordinate launches, seasonal campaigns, voucher pushes, brand spotlights, bundle features, and social proof content with the ecommerce and merchandising workflow.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, reviews, mentions, and tagged posts so customer questions are answered warmly and recurring themes are brought back to the team.
  • Track performance by post, format, channel, topic, hook, and creative angle, then translate learnings into the next content plan.
  • Build a small creator, affiliate, and UGC pipeline, including outreach lists, briefs, product seeding notes, follow-ups, and usage-rights tracking.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of hands-on social media or content experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness, FMCG, retail, ecommerce, or a creator-led environment.
  • Good familiarity with beauty and wellness brands, product types, and buying considerations across skincare, body care, hair care, supplements, mother care, baby care, and personal care.
  • Able to understand customer pain points around beauty, skin, health, wellness, sensitive skin, product suitability, value, authenticity, and routine confusion, then translate them into useful content.
  • Strong copywriting instincts: you can write clean captions, sharp hooks, useful product education, and polite community replies.
  • Comfort creating with a phone-first workflow, including basic lighting, framing, product styling, CapCut or similar editing tools, and simple graphic layouts.
  • A good eye for what makes content credible, clear, and native to each platform, especially for Singapore shoppers.
  • Organised enough to manage calendars, deadlines, approvals, assets, product samples, and reporting without losing the small details.
  • Curious about skincare and wellness, with the judgement to avoid exaggerated claims and keep product communication responsible.
  • Able to work independently, test ideas quickly, read performance signals, and improve without waiting for perfect briefs.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplace stores, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Shop, Canva, Adobe Express, or basic analytics dashboards.
  • Comfort appearing on camera or directing simple on-camera content with founders, team members, customers, or creators.
  • Basic understanding of paid social creative, creator briefs, affiliate content, SEO-led editorial topics, or ecommerce merchandising.
