Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1 KOL Seeding & Relationship Management

  • Identify, shortlist, and engage KOLs that align with brand goals and target audience
  • Coordinate end-to-end product seeding campaigns - from outreach and negotiation to shipping and performance tracking
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs to foster loyalty and brand advocacy
  • Ensure timely delivery of content and that all KOL output adheres to brand guidelines

2 Video Scripting & Content Coordination

  • Develop clear video outlines and highlight key selling points to guide KOL content creation
  • Collaborate with KOLs throughout the production process - from planning to shooting and final delivery
  • Review and provide constructive feedback to ensure content reflects brand messaging, tone, and campaign objectives

3 Campaign Execution & Performance Reporting

  • Schedule and oversee KOL content publishing across TikTok, Shopee, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor content performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions
  • Assist in preparing post-campaign reports and insights to evaluate success and inform future strategy

4 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the E-Commerce, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure Public Relation efforts are aligned with broader marketing and sales goals
  • Support promotional activities such as product launches, live streams, and special campaigns

Job Requirements:

  • 5-day work week but willing to work from Thursday to the following Monday (i.e. rest days will be on Tuesday and Wednesday instead of weekend) due to operational requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in P.R, influencer marketing, or content strategy (preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and influencer trends
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • A creative eye for content storytelling and understanding of digital engagement metrics
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bonus: Experience with basic video editing, content planning tools, or influencer databases
  • Local & permanent residence
