Projects (Engagement) Intern, Social Media & Brand Marketing

Job Description

• Support projects in social media operations, brand engagement, and market growth, focusing on execution and implementation
• Assist in content creation, campaign execution, and client communication across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu)
• Provide support in day-to-day marketing operations, customer management, and regular reporting
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, identifying actionable insights to improve marketing activities

Requirements

• Polytechnic or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, and/or with relevant internship experience
• Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media engagement
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite; experience with design/analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is a plus
• Good communication skills in English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage
• Highly responsible, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder and time management skills
• A team-player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Full-time interns preferred (36 months)
