Job Description

The Senior Officer/Manager, Client Implementation Advisor in the Wholesale Bank function is responsible for implementing customer solutions for Global Corporates and Financial Institutions. This client-facing project management role ensures seamless delivery of new or expanded services from deal won to live operation while maintaining high client satisfaction and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects of varying complexity including account opening and cash management services for corporate clients.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, managing expectations and providing training where required.
  • Support Corporate Bankers and Transaction Banking Sales teams with technical expertise on electronic banking products and solutions.
  • Participate in Sales/RFP opportunities for complex working capital management solutions.
  • Implement client solutions efficiently, adhering to bank policies, internal controls, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and document changes to policies and procedures arising during client onboarding to improve future client experience.
  • Maintain compliance with operational risk controls and regulatory standards.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while demonstrating resilience, self-motivation, and positive thinking.

Job Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in account opening and/or electronic banking service implementations preferred.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills to manage projects across multiple functional areas.
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and understanding of different company types and KYC requirements.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills to solve complex implementation challenges.
  • Ability to work efficiently under fast-paced, entrepreneurial conditions.
  • Good Mandarin communication skills for liaising with Chinese customers is an advantage.
