Main Duties & Responsibilities
Content Creation
Manage Social Media Accounts
- Develop a social media content calendar encompassing various platforms (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to increase brand awareness. drive engagement and audience interactivity.
- Engage the Bidfood expert resources such as Chefs, Business development team, drivers, sales people, industry experts, associations and others to provide authentic resources that provide the rich content depth that has value to our customers.
- Initiate updates to www.bidfood.com.sg (no less than monthly), optimised for SEO, ensuring all content reflects the Bidfood brand identity.
- Increase LinkedIn presence, by developing relevant content weekly
Email Direct Marketing
- In line with the promotional plan, develop timely content and leverage automation to deliver brand and promotional activations using Email marketing platform (Klaviyo).
Marketing Practice
- Monitor engagement and report on performance including views, opens, and other quantitative measures.
- Develop a social community strategy & plan to grow followers and database members from target customer channels.
- Stay in touch with market trends for best practice for Social & EDM in a B2B context and apply new strategies and learnings to our activations.
Brand & Event support
- Work closely with Head of Marketing to support branding activities which includes events, corporate communication materials and exclusive brand development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and understanding of SEO principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and presentation development.
- Creative thinking and design skills to ensure premium items and presentation templates are visually appealing and on-brand.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Copywriting skills to craft engaging social media posts and responses.
- Photography and Video editing skills for social media reels and videos.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimise content strategy.
- Minimum Diploma & above of relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of related experience preferably with food & beverage exposure
- Passionate, highly driven, independent, able to work under pressure and as well as multi-tasking
