Job Description
Solve technical problems pertaining to fieldwork.
Carry out daily site supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of all trade implementations on-site.
Patrol the site. Check, record, and verify the attendance of workers.
Handle and monitor the performance and leave matters of workers.
Manage the procurement of all site resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, materials, and machinery.
Schedule manpower, materials, and equipment on-site, carry out material and equipment receiving and inspection, and maintain records. All delivery orders must be returned to the office for record-keeping.
Monitor and control unsafe materials on-site to avoid unnecessary wastage or incorrect usage.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with updated drawings, specifications, method statements, the master program, and consultants site instructions.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by engineers.
Requirement
At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, marine or building construction industry
Possess national certificate in construction supervision (NCCS)
Minimum diploma in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, building service, building management etc or equivalent.
Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills
Able to start work immediately
