Site Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and project progress are maintained at all times.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to achieve work targets within schedule.
• Monitor site operations to ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications, method statements, and safety standards.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings, ensuring strict adherence to all safety procedures.
• Prepare accurate and timely site progress reports, work records, and other necessary documentation.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving any incidents, near-misses, or non-compliance issues promptly to management.
• Support shift operations, including day/night rotations, and respond quickly to any site issues that may arise.
• Assist in managing manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth tunnelling operations.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and efficiency across the site team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Willing to work long hours and shift rotations, including nights and weekends if required.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures, site practices, and construction regulations.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS) are preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
