Site Supervisor / Engineer (Main con)

Job Overview:
Responsible for supervising and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors and technicians.

• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Monitor project progress, manpower, and material usage to meet schedule and budget.

• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities on project matters.

• Support preparation of site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works.

• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.

• Minimum 2-5 years site supervision/engineering experience in building projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and safety regulations.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Able to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
