About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on
Residential Project Coordinator & Site Supervisor to support day-to-day project coordination, site supervision, and finishing works for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be practical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling minor handyman and installation tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth progress according to schedule.
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.
- Perform basic installation, painting touch-ups, and rectification works when required.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks during and after project completion.
- Manage material orders, site logistics, and progress reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and contractors to resolve site issues.
- Support project handover and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of experience in site supervision, interior renovation, or related trades.
- Strong hands-on and practical skills; capable of minor repair and installation work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to read floor plans and construction drawings.
- Possess Class 3 driving licence preferred.
- Independent, reliable, and responsible in managing site tasks.
