Job Description

  • To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.
  • To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
  • To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
  • Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
  • To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
  • Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
  • Distributing resources. Following the project in case, there is a need to handle or supervise some tasks.
  • Time management. Developing deliverable schedules for the project or construction team.
  • Ensure project completion and handover on time.
