Job description Responsibilities:
- Responsible for site supervision & inspection, manpower arrangement, and restocking for the required materials for the involved project.
- Resource planning and coordination for internal staff and toward external client or site personnel.
- Monitoring & reporting project progress, handover to clients, and compliance with on-site safety requirements.
- Update the work progress to the project charge for the proceeding on the payment claim purpose
- Preparation of RA/safety documents
Requirements:
- Able to manage a few projects concurrently & able to read architectural drawings.
- Work with the Sales/Project team to ensure the design plan and output meet the customer's (architect/consultant/direct client/etc.) requirements.
- Experience in building construction projects is a prerequisite.
