Site Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

. Read, execute and maintain site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team

. Read and interpret prints and drawings

. Monitor and lead work of contractors and workers

. Plan and deliver toolbox talks

. Implement and enforce safety, health and environmental rules and regulations and practices among workers

. Maintain project production records on equipment, materials and staffing

. Control material wastes, down time, rework and wait time

. Conduct inspection of building works and documented inspection records upon verified by RE/RTO

. Coordinate with RE/RTO and Subcontractors on project matters

. Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time

. Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced

. Manage all workers on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations

. Provide regular feedback on staff and team performance

. Coach and guide workers
